1. Who we are

This service ("MileZap", "we") is operated by ANBUOPS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62020UP2026PTC253312). By using it you agree to these terms.

2. What the service does

MileZap turns the credit-card reward points you tell us about into a suggested plan for award flights: which programme, how many points, which transfers and in what order. It is information only. We are not a bank, airline, travel agent or financial adviser, and we are not affiliated with any bank or airline.

3. Accuracy

Transfer ratios, award prices, seat availability, fees and taxes change often and are set by third parties. Always confirm on the bank's and airline's own sites before you transfer points. Point transfers are usually irreversible. We are not liable for transfers, bookings or losses made on the basis of a plan.

4. Accounts

Accounts are in beta and email addresses are not verified. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping or fraud.

5. Paid plans

Some plans are paid (single plan or a monthly pack), with prices shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your full card details. Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, resell plans in bulk, or use automated tools to extract data.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most issues can be fixed quickly.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
