FAQ

Do you need my card number or login?

No. Just the card name and your points balance. We never see or move your points; you make the transfers yourself.

Where do the numbers come from?

Bank and airline terms and award charts, with the source and the date we last checked shown on every plan. Where a price is only published as a "from" level, we say so and tell you to check the live price first.

What if I don't have enough points?

You get the closest option, the exact gap, and working alternatives: a top-up, one-way on points, a cheaper cabin, fewer travellers or points plus cash.

Can transfers be undone?

No, card-to-airline transfers are final. That's why every plan starts with "check seats and the live price before you transfer".

Which cards are supported?

See the card catalogue for every card, ratio and source we use.

Refunds?

If a paid plan fails for a technical reason, we refund it. See the refund policy.
